(2) Customer Service Communication: When you contact us, we may save your communication or call records and content or the contact information you leave to help resolve your issues or record the handling plans and results of related problems. Our customer service will use your account information to verify your identity.

(3) Payment Information: When you purchase memberships or top-up packages, we collect order numbers, payment methods, and other information (excluding original bank card information) for payment settlement and after-sales service.

2. Information We Collect During Your Use of the Services

• Device Information

Collected Content: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Android ID, IDFA), resolution, network information (such as WiFi SSID), carrier information, etc.

• Usage log information

Collected content: Your usage time, frequency, translation languages, feature usage, and error logs.

• Translation content (documents/texts/images uploaded by users)

Collected content: PDF documents, texts, and images you submit for translation.

Purpose of use: Solely for providing the translation function and not for other purposes.

Processing method: Will be deleted or anonymized as soon as possible after translation is completed and will not be stored long-term.

• Account registration information (if applicable)

Collected content: Phone number/email, nickname, avatar, password.

Purpose of use: For account registration, login, and identity verification.

• Payment and transaction information (such as membership purchase/top-up packages)

Collected content: payment methods, order information (excluding original bank card information).

Purpose of use: to complete payment settlement, provide after-sales service, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Explanation of corresponding permission calls

1) Camera permission: used for photo translation.

2) Microphone permission: used for voice translation.

3) Storage permission: used for uploading/downloading documents.

4) Calendar permission (e.g., for setting translation reminders): used for translation reminders.

5) Notification permission: used to push translation results and system alerts.

6) We will not enable permissions unrelated to the functions, and you can disable them in the system at any time.

We follow the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity in collecting and using your personal information, solely for providing product functions and optimizing services.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

If you find any errors in the personal information we process about you, you can correct it through "Doclingo Settings - Privacy" or by contacting customer service.

3. Right to Deletion

Under the following circumstances, you can delete your personal information by contacting customer service or submitting/operating it in "Doclingo Official Website or App - Account Information":

(1) Our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

(2) We collect or use your personal information without your consent;

(3) Our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;

(4) You no longer use our products or services, or you have canceled your account;

(5) We no longer provide products or services to you.

4. Right of Revocation

(1) For the information you actively provide, you can modify or revoke it in the "Doclingo - Personal Center";

(2) For the information you have authorized us to access, you can revoke the authorization in the device system's "Settings - Permission Management." Please note that revoking authorization may affect the use of certain functions.

5. Right to Account Deletion

You can delete your existing account through the "Delete My Account" feature on the official "Doclingo" website or app.

You can also submit a deletion request through customer service channels by explaining the reason.

The official customer service will process the deletion request within 3 working days.

After the account deletion is completed, your personal data will be deleted and cannot be recovered, including but not limited to asset information within the account (such as coupons, character balance, etc.). Please proceed with caution.

The specific deletion process is as follows:

• Official Website: When logged in, click the "User Avatar" at the top right corner - enter the user data management page - click the "User Account" item - enter the "Account Information" page - click the "Delete My Account" button - follow the prompts to complete the operation - click the "Confirm" button. This completes the "Account Deletion."

• Official App: When logged in, click "My" at the far right of the bottom menu - enter the user data management page - click the "User Account" item - enter the "Account Information" page - click the "Delete Account" button - follow the prompts to complete the operation - click the "Confirm" button. This completes the "Account Deletion."

6. Exceptions

In the following circumstances, according to legal and regulatory requirements, we may not be able to respond to your deletion, correction, revocation, or account deletion requests:

(1) Related to obligations prescribed by laws and regulations;

(2) Directly related to national security or defense security;

(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;

(5) There is sufficient evidence indicating subjective malice or abuse of rights by the personal information subject;

(6) To protect your or others' life, property, or other major legitimate rights and interests but it is difficult to obtain your consent;

We do not actively collect your account, password, or other information when you use third-party applications or websites. If you access third-party services within Doclingo, the collection and use of related information will be governed by the privacy policies of those third parties.

4. Cleaning and Deletion

For the translation documents, images, texts, etc. you submit in Doclingo, we only process them when providing translation functions. After the translation is completed, the system will promptly clean or anonymize the relevant data to ensure your data security and prevent its use for other purposes.

5. Protection Measures

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Protection of Minors

1. We highly value the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under 18 years old, please carefully read this privacy policy under the guidance of your guardian and use Doclingo services and submit personal information only with your guardian's consent.
